AS PART OF THE MISSD TRAINING CLUB, WE'RE SHARING ONLINE WORKOUTS EVERY WEDNESDAY ON OUR INSTAGRAM PAGE THROUGHOUT THE MONTH. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRY PILATES IN A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT, WITHOUT PRESSURE OR RUSH, BUT WITH A PROPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROCESS. WE EXPLAIN, SUPPORT, AND GUIDE YOU STEP BY STEP SO YOU CAN DO MORE THAN JUST REPEAT THE MOVEMENTS—YOU’LL UNDERSTAND THEM.

IN A WORLD WHERE EVERYTHING MOVES SO FAST, WHERE WE'RE USED TO CONSTANTLY MOVING FORWARD, WE OFTEN LOSE TOUCH WITH OURSELVES.
