Returns and Exchanges Miss D online store

1. General Terms

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection», you can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding the day of purchase).

To make a return or exchange, you must:

  • Save the payment document (check) confirming the purchase in our store.
  • Make sure that no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.

The last day you can request a refund or exchange of goods is the 14th day from the moment that begins the day after purchase.

2. Goods that are not subject to return or exchange

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172, goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange (return), which include:

  • Underwear: bras, panties, bodysuits, T-shirts, pajamas, nightgowns, bathrobes, thermal underwear.
  • Corset products: bras, corsets, bodysuits.
  • Swimsuits: swimsuits.
  • Hoodies and hosiery products: socks, tights, stockings.

3. Exceptions

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to:

  • Replacement of goods for a similar one, or
  • Refund.

This right is guaranteed by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

4. How to issue a return

  1. Contact us via the contacts listed on the website or fill out the feedback form.
  2. Indicate the reason for the return, the date of purchase and provide a copy of the payment document.
  3. We will contact you to clarify the details and further actions.
